Al Amala Medical Centre is seeking a highly qualified and experienced ENT Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care for patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions, utilizing their expertise to diagnose and treat a wide range of ailments while ensuring a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck.
• Perform examinations, assessments, and procedures to evaluate patients' conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medical and surgical options.
• Conduct minor surgical procedures as needed and manage postoperative care.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide integrated patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in ENT treatments and technologies.
• Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MBBS) and completed residency in Otolaryngology (ENT).
• Board certification in Otolaryngology (if applicable).
• Proven experience as an ENT Specialist in a clinical setting.
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to perform complex procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
• Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records.
