We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate ENT Specialist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care to our patients.Job Summary:As an ENT Specialist you will be responsible for examining, diagnosing, and treating disorders and diseases related to the ears, nose, and throat. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to assess and manage patients\' conditions, provide treatment plans, and offer support and advice to patients and their families. Your primary goal will be to improve the overall health and well-being of our patients and ensure that they receive the best possible care.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough examinations of patients\' ENT systems, review their medical history and recommend appropriate diagnostic tests.

• Diagnose and treat conditions related to the ears, nose, and throat, such as hearing loss, sinusitis, tonsillitis, and throat cancer.

• Perform complex surgical procedures, including tonsillectomies, myringotomies, and endoscopic sinus surgeries, with precision and care.

• Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient\'s needs and monitor their progress.

• Provide support and guidance to patients and their families about their condition, treatment plans, and preventive measures.

• Keep detailed records of patient consultations, treatments, and progress.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, audiologists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

• Continuously update yourself on the latest medical advancements, techniques, and treatments in the field of Otolaryngology.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.

• Board Certification in Otolaryngology (ABOto) or board eligible.

• Valid state medical license to practice Otolaryngology.

• Proven experience working as an ENT Specialist in a healthcare setting.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

• Commitment to providing high-quality and compassionate patient care.

• Proficiency in medical terminology, medical software and electronic health records.
