Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor\'s degree in English, Education, or a related field. Some positions may require a teaching assistant certification. Proficiency in the English language with excellent grammar, spelling, and written communication skills. Passion for English language and literature, with a strong enthusiasm for sharing your knowledge with students. Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles. Excellent organizational skills to assist in lesson preparation and managing student assignments. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with the lead teacher, other faculty members, and parents. Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into the classroom. Previous experience working with students or in an educational setting is beneficial but not always required.
