Job Summary:
The English Teacher at Perfect Future English Training Institute will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to students of various ages and proficiency levels. The teacher will design and implement engaging lessons that promote language acquisition, fluency, and confidence in speaking, reading, writing, and listening. This role requires a dynamic and adaptable individual who is passionate about teaching and capable of fostering a supportive and interactive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and deliver effective and engaging English language lessons that meet the needs of students. Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive learning environment through effective classroom management strategies. Encourage active student participation and create an atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Assessment and Feedback: Assess students' progress regularly through formal and informal assessments. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills and monitor their development.
• Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and improvement of the institute's English language curriculum. Incorporate diverse and contemporary teaching resources and methods.
• Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest trends in language teaching by attending workshops, courses, and conferences. Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs offered by the institute.
• Student Support: Provide additional support to students through tutoring, mentoring, and extracurricular activities. Address individual learning needs and assist students in achieving their personal and academic goals.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress. Prepare and submit required reports and documentation in a timely manner.
• Community Engagement: Promote the institute's programs through participation in marketing and community events. Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for students from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, TESOL, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Certification: TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification.
• Experience: Previous teaching experience in an English language institute or similar educational setting. Experience teaching ESL/EFL students is highly desirable.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and classroom management abilities. Proficiency in the use of technology for educational purposes.
• Personal Attributes: Passionate about teaching and language learning. Culturally sensitive and adaptable. Patient, enthusiastic, and innovative in teaching methods.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
