As a growing startup in the UAE, we are dedicated to providing personalized and high-quality education to students across various disciplines. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced English and Arabic Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching both early learning children and high school students, with a proven ability to address individualized needs. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive English and Arabic programs, tailored to the unique requirements of a maximum of three students per subject. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging English and Arabic curricula for students ranging from early learning through high school. Create and implement individualized lesson plans to meet the specific needs of each student. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages academic growth and personal development. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and adapting teaching methods as needed. Design and oversee the English and Arabic Departments, ensuring high standards of instruction and continuous improvement. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns. Maintain accurate records of student achievements and areas for development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Arabic, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Relevant teaching certification or qualification. Proven experience teaching English and Arabic to students of varying ages and abilities, including early learning and high school. Strong organizational and program development skills. Ability to create and implement individualized educational programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using educational technology and resources. Available to start immediately or within a one-month notice period. Must be based in the UAE.
