Job Description

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel equipment, systems, and facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Repair and replace defective equipment, fixtures, and components as needed.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Ensure timely resolution of guest service requests related to engineering and maintenance.
• Operational Support:
• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new systems and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, logs, and inventory.
• Support energy conservation initiatives and efficient operation of building systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimal disruption to guest services.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies during all tasks.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, ordinances, and environmental standards.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including fire alarms, power outages, and water leaks.
• Perform safety checks on equipment to prevent accidents and breakdowns.

Teamwork and Communication:

• Coordinate with the Engineering Manager and team to prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently.
• Provide technical support and training to junior team members when required.
• Participate in daily briefings and communicate effectively with other departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED1,500.00 per month

• Fujairah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
