Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Technical/Engineering Manager** to join our team! In this role you will get to **manage multidisciplinary engineering project with a focus on infrastructure and large leisure-oriented masterplans.**

**What You'll Be Doing:**

+ Effective design management.

+ Critical decision making strategies

+ Focus on safety, innovation, sustainability and constructability

+ Manage various appointed design consultants

+ Manage design review.

+ Create an open and collaborative working environment that allows the appointed design consultants to deliver design and technical excellence.

+ Encourage creativity and innovation.

+ Always focus on quality.

+ Lead a multidisciplinary team.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**

+ BS Engineering with 10+ years' experience in the design and construction of large leisure oriented masterplans.

+ Extensive experience in infrastructure and landscape.

+ Ability to interpret complex contract documents including plans, specifications, and shop drawings.

+ Ability to mange multidisciplinary designs.

+ Ability to make decisions and recommendations on significant engineering problems, and review drawings, specifications, and installations for constructability.

+ Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to identify potential problems and propose solutions.
