• Assuring a preventive maintenance can run smoothly.
• Responsible for overall day to day operations.
• Conform and adhere to the policies & procedures and rules & regulations laid down by the Hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
• To supervise the upkeep and maintenance of all the equipment, inspect the working condition of equipment and engineering systems and ensure that all standards are maintained.
• Helping the team to improve their skills and providing support for career development.
• Ensures high rating on the annual and monthly audit
• Ensure the engineering team members are working as per the duty schedules
• Check and ensure all the plant areas are working as per set specification on their shift 1
• To maintain history card of all equipment\xe2\x80\x99s & machinery as per Accor standards.
• Check and ensure that the temperature of cold stores, public areas etc. are maintained as per the specifications.
• Check and ensure the working condition of fire detectors, firefighting systems, transformers, electrical systems, etc.
• Coordinate with other departments for regular servicing and testing of equipment.
• Check and ensure that proper safety measures have been adhered to and also ensure maintenance of all firefighting equipment.
• Ensure that all the first aid kits are available for use in their proper places.
• To supervise the operations of Air-conditioning plant, boilers, pumps etc.
• Ensure that desired level of water is maintained in water storage tanks.
• Ensure correct maintenance of all equipment in conjunction with the other user departments & stay abreast of technological advances in surveillance & safety equipment.
• Follow-up daily assignments in term of quantity and quality for the hotel operation checklist, Guest room comfort, scheduled Periodical Preventive Maintenance,
• Plan Preventive Maintenance, Plant Preventive Maintenance, treatment and instrument testing, inclusive pre and pro task to eliminate, provide suitable and better quality guest service and also update respective document on daily basis to up keep the file
• Maintains discipline amongst the Engineering staff.
• Ensures the implementation of all instructions given by the ACE/CE.
• Supervises the implementation of all maintenance contracts with respective team who works in the premises.
• Monitor BMS system for all the equipment and its time schedule

Qualifications

• You\xe2\x80\x99ve a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• You\'ve a good understanding of computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
• You\'re able to maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments.
• You\xe2\x80\x99re able to remain calm and courteous in various situations.
• You\xe2\x80\x99re able to be efficient and productive in a dynamic environment.
