Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our team at City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel. The Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the engineering department, ensuring the efficient functioning of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the hotel premises. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to maintenance and repair tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the engineering team, including technicians and maintenance staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to identify and address any issues or malfunctions promptly.
• Plan and prioritize maintenance and repair tasks to ensure minimal disruption to hotel operations.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any maintenance-related issues in guest rooms or public areas.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and service contracts.
• Train and mentor engineering team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front office, to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement measures to improve energy efficiency and reduce utility costs.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all staff.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience working in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools for maintenance management..

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
