•Engineering Management:•


• •Oversee EPCM progress and ensure alignment with project schedules and standards.•
• •Coordinate with construction and procurement teams to meet project milestones.•
• •Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with engineering standards.•


•Quality management:•


• •Implement and monitor the Project Quality Plan, Site Quality Plan, and ISO requirements.•
• •Conduct audits, manage non-conformities, and ensure effective quality reporting.•
• •Oversee supplier audits and monitor contractors' quality systems.•


•Leadership:•


• •Provide guidance, training and coaching to engineering and quality teams.•
• •Promoting effective communication and collaboration within multicultural teams.•


•Stakeholder management:•


• •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers and authorities, to ensure smooth project execution.•

#### •Job Experience •


• •Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the mining, heavy or process industry.•
• •At least 6 years in a multidisciplinary team management role.•
• •Good knowledge of international engineering and construction standards.•
• •Experience in quality management systems, particularly ISO 9001:2015.•


•SKILLS •


• •Strong leadership and team development skills.•
• •Excellent command of systems and interdependencies in engineering.•
• •Fluency in English is essential;•
• •Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and remote environment.•
