Engineering Manager
Job Description
• Lead and manage a team of Structural engineers, Auto cad draftsman, and Tekla detailers including their hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Attend meeting with the consultant, Clients & Municipality.
• Distribute the workload among the team as per the agreed schedule with the clients.
• Making concept design to support the estimation team at tender stage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Expert in design of hot rolled structure,fabric shade structure PEB and high rise steel structure. Proficent in STAAD Pro, ETABS, IdeaStatica, RAM connections Safe & Prokon Tensile Structure - NDN/Easy.
• Education: Bachelor degree in civil engineering/Master degreee in civil engineering.
• Experience: Min.10 years of experience in steel structrue design. Unlimited license from Dubai is must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
