Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of experience in engineering, with a strong background in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) roles, ADNOC projects, and gas processing projects. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage engineering teams for oil & gas projects, ensuring that all engineering deliverables meet project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Oversee the design, development, and execution of gas processing projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth integration. Manage the preparation of engineering documentation, including specifications, reports, and design packages, for both internal and client review. Provide leadership and guidance to senior engineers and other team members, ensuring technical excellence and successful project delivery. Interface with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure engineering requirements are met and technical solutions are aligned with project goals. Supervise project engineering activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and provide solutions to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, and project proposals. Ensure that the team is adhering to ADNOC-specific requirements and project management best practices. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related field). 18+ years of experience in engineering within the oil & gas industry. Strong experience in a PMC role, with a solid understanding of engineering project management and execution. Extensive experience working on ADNOC projects and a deep understanding of ADNOC's technical and project requirements. Proven expertise in gas processing projects and related systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders, delivering results in a timely and efficient manner. #J-18808-Ljbffr
