Job Description
:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Engineering Administrative Aide to join our team! In this role you will get to participate in delivering a wide range of exciting transportation projects across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.What You\'ll Be Doing:
- Reporting directly to the Technical Director - Transportation
- Supporting organization of team in delivery of multiple critical projects across the region
- Producing documents, presentations under the direction of the Technical Director.
- Administering correspondence, work plans, maintaining records.
- General administration tasks supporting a large team (
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Office software, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good English language communication skills - both written and oral
- Excellent organizational skills and dedication to timely completion of task, with attention to detail.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in administration.
- Enthusiasm and dedication to high performance.
- Analytical skills to review and enhance existing work processes.
- Creativity in developing new or improved systems and processes for more efficient delivery.
- Good interpersonal skills for working in a culturally diverse team.
