By working together every day, wexe2x80x99re bringing energy to life.JOB PURPOSE:Responsible for efficient and timely management of wells with integrity issues, it's troubleshooting, investigation and reactivation in line with Company policies and procedures. It includes planning, program generation and execution of well integrity activities, collecting and cascading "Lessons Learned" data to Drilling Team, active participation in Well handover process to/from Drilling Team, preparation of workover proposals with clear objectives, close communication with Drilling Team during drilling and workover, revision of all documents related to well barrier validation in line with ADNOC Code of Practice and WIMS. Ascertain Drilling teams are adopting the Corporate Integrity Standards and Manual of procedures related to wells integrity during Drilling and Workover stages.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Ensure well integrity management requirements are captured at all stages of well integrity lifecycle including well drilling and completion via well integrity audits, quality assurance, lessons learned, well handover, etc.
  • To provide field feedback on well integrity performance to Drilling, Technical Centre and Asset Development, keep well integrity statistic updated.
  • Coordinate the process of Well Handover with focus on well barrier validation (Quality Assurance /
Quality Control) in line with WIMS standards during well drilling and completion stages. * Collect and cascade all data related to corrosion and material selection (including tubing inspection results during workover) to relevant Company SME for continuous improvement.
  • To support well integrity studies and implementation of new technology projects. Advise on any opportunity for improvement in line with international standards (API, ISO) and internationally recognized best practices as appropriate.
  • Act as a focal point for Drilling teams on all integrity threats, gaps, points for improvement (SAP, corrosion, completion leaks, casing repair, artificial lift wells, etc) and keep updating well integrity database, preparation of regular well integrity report for Drilling for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare workover proposals with clearly set objectives. Follow up on P&A well process.
  • Assure immediate well killing securing availability in case required.
  • Full investigation of all well integrity issues for wells with less than 5 years from last rig entry and cascade results to Drilling Team.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Minimum Qualification
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in engineering discipline (Petroleum Engineering, Drilling, Mechanical or Chemical) or equivalent, preferably Master.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
  • 6 years of experience in rig operations (Drilling, Completion and work over)
Professional Certifications
  • IWCF / IADC Drilling Well Control Level 4 preferred not mandatory
