Key Accountabilities

• Transmission network planning for the annual scope of the Mobile access network department.
• Propose the BoM for the new radio transmission projects with the supplier's technical team.
• Establishes action steps necessary to achieve team goals.
• Evaluate and Approve the MW links designs submitted through the vendor according to the agreed SLA.
• Insure implementing cost effective solutions in the day-to-day activities.
• Responsible for delivering on personal and team targets.
• Manage the LOS Surveys for new 2nd, 3rd and 4th Generation (2G/3G/4G) sites to select the transmission solution.
• Link Budget calculation and traffic distribution for the MW links.
• Develops procedures and work instructions based on process and procedures form the manger.
• Oversees achievements against SLAs.
• Prepare TRA applications for microwave spectrum bands for Point-to-Point and point-to-multipoint links on monthly basis.

Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Electrical & Electronic or Telecommunications/Computer engineering.
• Certification in radio transmission technologies is preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience in radio transmission field.

Skills

• Very good Knowledge and experience in the SDH/PDH/Hybrid/IP Microwave technologies.
• Good Knowledge in GSM, EDGE, UMTS and LTE Technologies.
• Good Background and understanding in IP/MPLS Networks.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Windows)
• English language skills (conversation, reading and writing)
