Preferred candidate profile: Title: Engineer Trainee - Iron Casting Project Company (4 openings)

Location: Sudair Riyadh- Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Passport: Candidate need to have valid Indian Passport (valid min for 3 years)

Job Overview: As a Trainee Engineer at Iron Casting project company, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for supporting and assisting in various engineering projects and tasks related to iron casting processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in the field of iron casting while working alongside experienced professionals in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Learn and understand the principles of casting processes and technologies used in our company. Assist senior engineers and other superiors in conducting research, analysis, and experiments to improve existing processes or develop new methods for casting processes and project operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the successful completion of various projects and operations at green field set-up. Help in the preparation and evaluation of technical reports, data analysis, and documentation related to the projects and process. Participate in on-the-job training to develop a comprehensive understanding of various engineering tools, and safety and health environment protocols. Observe and follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues in projects and casting process under the guidance of seniors. Support in the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in the field of iron casting. Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance overall process efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields. (Fresh Engg graduates ) Diploma Engineers with Min 2 years of work experience. Passion for the engineering and casting industry with a keen interest in learning and developing technical skills. Basic understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey technical information. Proficient in English conversation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements. Willingness to learn from experienced professionals and take on new challenges. A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a desire to grow within the company.

Note: This is a trainee-level position, and the selected candidate will receive mentoring and training to grow into a full-fledged engineer role within the company.

Final selected candidates are required to pay placement consultancy changes @16% of total annual salary package, while startup the VISA process. (GST@18% applicable) Selected candidates need to confirm their final joining to the organization without any excuses or delays.
