Job Description
- Review and ensure the correct reserve quantity vs. Install quantities
- Manage the transfer of stock materials between storeroom/warehouse to optimize inventory
- Coordinate with user units and warehouse to ensure the reserved material is issued against respective work orders only
- Work with Warehouse to prevent the partial issuance against material reservation work orders
- Create Purchase Requisition (PR) based on reservation review and follow up for approval and procurement of materials
- Create Call-up Orders (CO) based on reservation review and follow up for approval and procurement of materials
- Manage the technical bid evaluation activities for bids with deviations
- Should possess in-depth knowledge in Materials and be conversant with SAP, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point
- Have technical knowledge and extensive operation experience in refining, including process/operation knowledge
