Transguard Group is the UAE\xe2\x80\x99s most trusted business support and outsourcing provider and has a large, dynamic, and culturally diverse workforce with 50,000 employees!We are currently recruiting for an Engineer Solutions - Facilities Management to join our Facilities Management team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone.Scope: Engineer \xe2\x80\x93 Solutions is responsible to review tender and project documents to assist in the preparation of technical and commercial bids for Facility Management.Financial

• Develop tender cost summaries including equipment, materials, and labour calculations for final approvals
• Review SOR and BOQ, segregate according to the trade and liaise with procurement to get the cost estimation
• Raise procurement query form and get related quotes and review

Customer

• Build relationships and liaise with internal customers and external suppliers and vendors and manage daily correspondence for quantities, costs, and specifications.
• Collaborate with other business units to address mutual goals, ensuring seamless workflow, and efficient resolution.
• Coordinate with the client for all site visits

Process

• Review draft tender documents to ensure all systems and components of the tender are included
• Prepare specification documents to submit to vendors for quotations of cost/price of materials and equipment and evaluate same against tender specifications to include in final tender documentation
• Conduct site visit, collect data and verify the requirement as per the tender document
• Interpret & review system drawings to identify any difference to tender requirements and raise queries against specification
• Prepare reports and supporting documents to submit to Proposal Coordinator to identify areas requiring more information
• Prepare tender documentation queries to clients to confirm and collect any missing data including, insurance, and any regional requirements

Innovation

• Adopting new technologies, in terms of operations, and implement advanced estimation software that can handle complex data and provide more precise estimates.
• Integrate real-time data: Using up-to-date data to ensure estimates reflect current economic conditions.
• Improve processes to ensure efficiency
• Think creatively and challenge traditional estimation methods

• Degree in an Engineering Discipline (Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent
