Design, integrate, commission and upgrade systems to ensure compliance with requirements and functions.
Implement the approved preventive maintenance plan to ensure that any potential disruptions in broadcast equipment are identified and corrected in a timely manner.
Carry out maintenance and repair tasks for all broadcast equipment at the facility as needed to ensure proper performance. Order consumer parts in time to avoid any shortage.
Provide technical support to end users as soon as requests are received in order to ensure that problems are resolved in a timely manner.
Document and challenge maintenance records and completed failures and follow-up procedures as needed.
Report any related abnormal problems arising in technical facilities for the direct manager to take action.
Work closely with other departments, participating in solving any difficulties and related technical problems.
Build and maintain a professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the objectives and ensure smooth operations.
Contribute to the preparation of periodic and on-demand reports and submit them to the direct manager to facilitate the decision-making process.
