MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLETo design, oversee, and implement Digital Workplace programs that support the organizations business transformation, leveraging tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and other collaboration platforms.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Designs, oversees, and executes Digital Workplace programs to ensure seamless digital workflows and enhance employee productivity.
Assesses, enhances, and transitions digital workplace tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration platforms within the production environment.
Configures and maintain Microsoft 365 services and applications to fulfill the organization's digital workplace requirements.
Implements security best practices and policies to safeguard Digital Workplace and Microsoft 365 data and resources.
Administers, manages, & implements best practices within the organization's Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
Delivers training and technical support to end users and internal IT teams for effectively utilizing Digital Workplace tools.
Establishes governance policies for Digital Workplace platforms and ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards.
Communicate updates, enhancements, and new features to the organization, fostering adoption of digital tools across all levels.
Monitors usage analytics, generates reports on digital workplace usage and performance, and identifies areas for improvement, proposing solutions as needed.
Supports organizational change initiatives related to digital transformation, providing training, technical support, and documentation to end users and internal IT teams.
