Assist in preparing the proposal summary for the review of the supervisor including initial assessment of the technical, financial, schedule or any other unusual risks associated with a proposal and submit it to the management for the bid/no-bid decision.
\xf4\x80\x81\xb8 Monitor the proposal schedule and indicate slippages to the Supervisor.
\xf4\x80\x81\xb8 Prepare Table of Contents/Index to Technical, Un-priced and Priced Commercial Proposals with responsibilities and dates clearly identified.
\xf4\x80\x81\xb8 Assist in preparing scope and effort matrices when working with a JV partner or a nominated subcontractor and perform the required integration of inputs for submission to client.
\xf4\x80\x81\xb8 Coordinate to obtain critical un-priced commercial enclosures such as Bank Guarantees, Parent Company Guarantees, Power of Attorneys, Notarization, Local registration requirements etc. from other departments.
\xf4\x80\x81\xb8 Organize periodic progress review meetings with the proposal team, monitor progress of each activity and prepare action list/minutes of meetings and do the necessary follow up.
\xf4\x80\x81\xb8 Generate all deliverables by Engineering Disciplines as per Bid requirements (BOQs, Technical Documents to be attached to Bid, Techno-commercial bid evaluation, costing for various equipment and bulks etc.).
\xf4\x80\x81\xb8 Coordinate with procurement department for vendor offers and obtain vendor responses for techno-commercial and scope clarifications raised. Conduct periodic reviews of Inquiry Status Logs and vendor offers with procurement and engineering disciplines.
\xf4\x80\x81\xb8 Support the supervisor in coordinating with subcontracts department, monitor timely receipt of discipline BOQ\xe2\x80\x99s and assist in issue of subcontract packages with project specific responsibility matrices, preambles etc. to subcontractors.
\xf4\x80\x81\xb8 Assist in preparing cost estimates and ensure that all the cost elements e.g. subcontract costs, materials estimates from disciplines, project support, third party services etc. have been captured in the estimates.
\xf4\x80\x81\xb8 Support in preparing price break down schedules in compliance to tender requirements and link the cost estimates in a manner that allows expeditious compilation of final commercial proposal.
\xf4\x80\x81\xb8 Assist in developing risk register and compile inputs and documents for Management Risk Reviews
\xf4\x80\x81\xb8 Provide support to prepare technical and commercial proposals as per client requirement and prepare responses to the client post bid queries for the review.
\xf4\x80\x81\xb8 Perform all other duties and responsibilities as required for timely and quality Proposal Submission in accordance with Proposal Procedure and in compliance to Tender requirements.
