Our commitment to excellence and adaptability allows us to meet and exceed customer expectations with agility and precision.Job Summary: As an Engineer I, you\'ll play a pivotal role in various navigation design and analysis activities, contributing to the development of cutting-edge navigation algorithms. Your responsibilities will include programming low-level detail utility algorithms, coding selected sensor models and navigation algorithms, and executing laboratory and land vehicle testing. You\'ll collaborate closely with the Engineering team to integrate and verify the performance of navigation systems, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.Key Accountabilities:

• Understand project requirements and specifications, planning objectives and deliverables within project timelines.
• Design and program low-level algorithms, documenting them meticulously in Algorithm Design Descriptions.
• Code selected sensor models and navigation algorithms, delivering them for integration into the simulation.
• Perform laboratory tests to verify navigation system performance during stationary conditions.
• Conduct vehicle tests to verify system performance relative to a reference system.
• Document test results and prepare comprehensive analysis reports for validation by the product management team.
• Actively share knowledge, guide, and offer advice to Junior Engineers to support their learning and development.

Experience & Education Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in algorithm development, simulation, and modeling in a navigation environment.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Preferred 4 years of similar experience with regional industry exposure.
• Preferred Master\'s or Doctorate degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering, with certification in control systems and optimal estimation theory.
• Proficiency in simulation and modeling of dynamic systems, integration of software units into a simulation, and technical report writing.
• Knowledge of designing and programming algorithms and simulations in C, C++, Matlab/Simulink.
• Ability to verify real-time, safety-critical systems through flight testing.
