In this exciting role, you will work alongside senior engineers, gain hands-on experience, and grow into an independent designer of these highly specialized systems.What You'll Do:As an Engineer I, you will be involved in a variety of technical tasks within the department, including:
Modeling and Simulation: Work on high-level simulations for guidance and control systems.
Guidance & Control Algorithms: Contribute to developing state-of-the-art algorithms.
Tracking Systems & Estimation Filters: Support the tracking systems and contribute to the development of estimation and optimization filters.
Software Development: Work on Software in the Loop (SIL) and Processor in the Loop (PIL) simulations.
Lab Testing & Verification: Engage in hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing to verify system performance.
Flight Testing: Participate in pre-flight preparation, flight tests, and post-flight analysis.
Mission Planning: Contribute to mission planning for guidance and control systems.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall success of the team!Who We're Looking For:Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Embedded Systems, Aerospace Engineering, or a relevant field.
2-3 Years of Engineering Experience in guidance and control systems, including familiarity with:
6-DoF (Degrees of Freedom) simulations
Dynamics and kinematics of guided weapon systems
Control systems
Simulation software (e.g., Matlab, Simulink)
Technical problem-solving skills
Intermediate Competencies:
Engineering Thinking
Emotional Intelligence
Technical Problem Solving
Preferred Skills:
Completed basic engineering training in guidance and control systems.
