Job Description

• Preparation of Engineering calculations such as Load Schedule, Cable Sizing, Tray Sizing , Lighting Calculation etc., in accordance with ADDC regulations.
• Preparation of Layouts for Cabling, Lighting, Earthing and Lighting Protection
• Responsible for preparing complete, accurate material for tenders/RFPs related to OHL, Substations, Solar projects etc.
• Responsible for Preparing accurate estimates for labor, subcontractor, Temporary Facilities, company requirements, construction facilities, logistics and Heavy Equipment's etc.
• Develop and review subcontractor scopes of work and accept, review and analyse subcontractor quotes for best value.
• Analyze an interpret drawings, specifications and other documents and drawings as part of Tender RFP's.
• Generate preliminary drawings like layouts for tender purpose to justify the BOM used for tendering.
• Floating RFQ's and followups with the Vendors to get the market quote during the bidding timeline.
• Prepare project bid status reports and ensure compliance with all specifications and contract Statements of Work and Bid Invitations.
• Prepare scope specifications and requirements, inputs project schedules, perform quantity take-offs, prepare cost summary sheets.
• Communicate directly with the Suppliers, Manufacturers, or Vendors to have cost effective solutions to propose to the client.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED11,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Electrical Design & Estimation: 4 years (Required)
