Install and configure broadcast equipment and transmission devices, cameras, and routers for smooth content delivery.
Monitor and manage broadcast signals, including satellite, cable, IP, and over-the-air transmissions, ensuring consistent and high-quality content delivery.
Plan and execute system upgrades to improve performance or integrate new broadcast technologies Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to TV hardware, software, and connectivity.
Design, integrate, commission and upgrade systems to ensure compliance with requirements and functions.
Implement the approved preventive maintenance plan to ensure that any potential disruptions in broadcast equipment are identified and corrected in a timely manner.
Carry out maintenance and repair tasks for all broadcast equipment and systems at the facility as needed to ensure proper performance.
Provide technical support to end users as soon as requests are received to ensure that problems are resolved in a timely manner.
Report any related abnormal problems arising in technical facilities for the direct manager to act.
Perform routine maintenance on broadcast systems to ensure reliable performance, including software/firmware updates and hardware repairs.
Run regular tests on equipment to verify system reliability and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Perform quality assurance checks during live events or broadcasts to ensure everything operates as expected.
Document technical solutions and procedures for knowledge sharing within the team.
