You will analyze proposed projects to ensure structural reliability, resource efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and apply state-of-the-art technologies in their delivery.What You\'ll Be Doing:Structural Analysis and Design of Bridges, Tunnels, Underpasses and civil structures, at both Preliminary and Detailed Design stages.Defining & developing BIM models for your structures.Site Inspections / Surveys / Condition Assessments.Preparing Engineering Calculations and Specifications.Providing input and technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafts, Designers and lower-level Engineers working on the same projects.Other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.What Required Skills You\'ll Bring:Bachelor\'s degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringMinimum 3+ years of related work experience relevant to bridgesWorking knowledge of BIM tools, CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with bridge engineering.What Desired Skills You\'ll Bring:Experience using one or more of the following software packages is an advantage:Bentley Openbridge ModelerAutodesk REVITAutodesk Structural Bridge Design (SBD)CSi BridgeMIDAS CivilSAP2000 / SAFE / ETABSMinimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
