To manage client accounts, ensure excellent service delivery, and maintain a long-term relationship with key customers. The role combines technical engineering expertise with account management responsibilities to achieve client satisfaction and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements and expectations.
2. Service Delivery:
• Oversee the operational delivery of technical and facility management services.
• Ensure all engineering-related services (MEP, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) are executed per client specifications.
• Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
3. Business Growth:
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
• Prepare and present proposals and quotations for new and ongoing projects.
• Assist in the retention and renewal of contracts with key accounts.
4. Technical Expertise:
• Review and analyze technical issues reported by the client.
• Provide engineering solutions and recommendations.
• Supervise the performance of technical teams during project execution or maintenance work.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare and submit periodic client reports, including KPIs and SLA performance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation, including service agreements, proposals, and work orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil or related field).
• Proven experience in Facility Management or a related industry (3+ years preferred).
• Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in account management.
Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of MEP services and facility management practices.
• Proficient in using CAFM/XENIA or other facility management software.
• Familiarity with energy management and sustainability practices is a plus.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
Other Requirements:
• Valid UAE driving license (if applicable).
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
Performance Metrics:
• Client satisfaction scores.
• SLA and KPI compliance rates.
• Revenue growth from assigned accounts.
• Timeliness and accuracy of reporting.
