Bachelors degree in Engineering from a recognized university.3-7 years experience in building facilities operations systems or a related field.Excellent knowledge and extensive experience with international civil programs, standards, functions, systems, procedures, quality & safety standards, and project management.Strong leadership skills, including team motivation, decision-making, multitasking, follow-up, planning, time management, and proficiency in computer skills.Very good communication skills, including fluent report writing, group facilitation, presentation skills, and proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, business innovation mindset, and customer service orientation.Skills Required
