As Engagement Manager, you are responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of projects for your customer segment. You are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and expectations being fulfilled and delivered as per agreed targets. You know how to position us with customers and create a plan towards a long-term commitment. You know how to engage different capabilities within the organization to set up governance and delivery, and ensure performance, leadership and teamwork to deliver on our promises to our stakeholders. Qualifications
10+ years experience in digital consulting and product development Strong track-record in managing complex projects in digital innovation Ability to manage customer expectations, present and explain solutions and project deliverables to senior stakeholders Experience managing cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules Experience in managing international teams Experience building sustainable accounts Fluent in English and Arabic, and proficient in writing and/or leading proposal efforts Past experience working in Oman If you are a dedicated Engagement manager, and wish to contribute to our organization's growth and success, we would love to hear from you.
