We have also been recognized as one of the 25 Highest Rated Private Cloud Computing Companies To Work For in a list released by Battery Ventures, a global investment firm based on the employee feedback on Glassdoor where employees reported the highest levels of satisfaction at work during the first six months of the pandemic.ResponsibilitiesManage a team of Enterprise Customer Success Managers and be accountable for their success and developmentOwn Enterprise Customer on-boarding and lifecycle journeyProvide relevant CRM and mobile marketing automation expertise to CustomersBuild and manage CXO level relationships with client stakeholdersIdentify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities from existing accountsMonitor risky accounts and proactively take action to achieve successCollaborate with sales team to support sales effortsCollaborate with product team to communicate customers\' needs and help design an ideal offeringLaunch and manage new customer success improvement initiativesAttend and present at conferences, events and webinarsDesigning an amazing and memorable customer experienceWhat You Are & Have:Inspiring leader with the ability to rally a team towards hitting key KPIs and providing an exceptional experience for our customersSkilled at identifying process improvements and operational excellence within a growing teamExperience in marketing automation, CRM, mobile engagement technologiesImaginative and creative thinking skills with an ability to quickly diagnose problems and zoom out to see the bigger picture for the business7-10+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience with at least a couple years of People Management a must * A technical backgound and prior experience in a Senior Consulting role from a reputed organization considered a major plus and will be given preferenceProven track record of delivery in a Customer Success environment with a focus on increasing customer engagement and retentionWillingness to travel about 30% of timePerksWork with the coolest brands in a high growth environmentWork with a smart team which grew up in the Mobile First worldWork on an award winning product, tech and scaleWe have you sorted with our coolest tech and softwareOur learning program - Xcelerator to power your learning goalsCSM Leaders like nowhere else and the coolest team you can imagine
