Ability to work with all levels of an organization (both internally and externally) with experience of both working cross-functionally and geographically
Demonstrate competence in implementing improved or completely new experiences from initial client sales meetings through implementation and project closure.
Grow client relationships from a profitability standpoint; drive revenue growth and develop the entire relationship within a client organization.
Discover client needs and structure projects to deliver on business strategies while also balancing users needs.
Actively track and communicate program status, risks, issues, and opportunities as appropriate to both client and internal project teams.
Participate in business development and pre-sales activities to grow and build the pipeline.
Ability to forecast the Services delivery revenue on a weekly basis and highlight any risk to the forecast numbers.
Create Statements of Work and be responsible for their successful execution, control project scope and issue Work Change Orders appropriately.
Manage client and project expectations and schedules, serving as the day-to-day client contact.
Sound knowledge of project management disciplines and structured methodologies and best practices
Provide strategic and tactical leadership to both external clients and internal project teams
Qualifications:
Over 5 years of security project management experience
Over 5 years of service delivery experience
Over 10 years IT industry experience with a clear career progression from implementation through to project management.
BSCS or equivalent experience
Required travel (approximately 50%) within region and internationally when needed
Fluent in English -- both written and verbal required, Additional languages highly desired
Highly motivated, driven and passionate about technology and customer success
Excellent written and verbal communications skills; excellent interpersonal skills; at ease and comfortable working in a client environment.
