About the Role



The role is about an 80/20 split between Engagement (helping identify and build relationships with new clients) and Community (ensuring our community events and programming attract new talent and engage with our existing members). Activities will include:


Engagement


• Supporting the development of our market intelligence, matching our various offers with the most relevant target audiences in the UAE and KSA
• Engaging with potential clients, understanding what keeps them up at night, and helping to position ATOLYE as the ideal partner for their transformation plans
• Ensuring all ATOLYE content and thought-leadership is seen by the people with whom we want to work
• Coordinating the creation of technical and commercial proposals
• Attending events and enhancing ATOLYE's reputation around the region
• Capturing and organizing all data related to our engagement efforts, ensuring all internal platforms provide the accurate information required for strategic decision-making


Community


• Playing a leading role in determining the number, type and purpose of the community events we wish to hold at our space in Dubai (and Riyadh)
• Overseeing the production and delivery of these events and their related content
• Ensuring the content we deliver is as relevant to our community members as it is to our potential clients
• Contributing to community-building efforts across the region

About You


Must have

•Either:•


• 8+ years experience in Business Development, Project or Account Management in a consulting, creative agency or design studio environment;

•And/or:•

• Commercial and programme management of a community in the creative / impact / consulting space in the UAE
• Keen understanding of the initiatives that are transforming the region, and the value provided by an organization such as ATOLYE
• Masterful storytelling acumen with an appreciation for human-centered design, community-driven organizations, and purpose-driven businesses
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Arabic
• An outgoing personality, someone who is willing to host events, welcome guests and build new relationships

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRMs, project management tools and AI
• Existing relationships with potential clients in UAE/KSA
