Overview Facility Overview: Mubadala Health Dubai provides multidisciplinary medical, pediatric, and surgical specialties. Our state-of-the-art facility houses 96 consultation rooms, 5 operating rooms, and 2 endoscopy suites, as well as an in-house laboratory, in-house pharmacy, a radiology department, dedicated rehabilitation gyms, and dedicated procedure rooms, all of which offer a full continuum of care to our patients as they navigate through their healthcare journey. Job Overview: This role is responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of individualized nursing care to patients (primarily patients in perioperative, acute care or intensive care setting) and their family members according to current best evidence based standards, using best judgement at all times in alignment with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and organization policies, procedures, guidelines and standards. Responsibilities Comprehensive Patient Assessment ? Conduct initial and ongoing nursing assessments, ensuring timely referrals and personalized care plans based on clinical guidelines. Advanced Nursing Care ? Deliver specialized nursing care in perioperative, acute, and intensive care settings, assisting with complex medical procedures and interventions. Medication Management ? Administer and monitor all types of medications safely, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and patient safety protocols. Patient-Centered Care ? Develop and implement personalized care plans, considering patients? medical conditions, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic factors to enhance their healthcare experience. Safety & Compliance Champion ? Promote patient safety and best practices, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines, hospital policies, and infection control standards. Multidisciplinary Collaboration ? Work closely with physicians and the healthcare team to prioritize patient needs, escalate care when necessary, and ensure seamless coordination of treatment. Resource & Equipment Management ? Ensure proper handling of medical equipment and supplies, maintaining inventory, and conducting routine safety checks to support efficient healthcare delivery. Enhancing Patient Experience ? Address patient concerns, monitor satisfaction, and contribute to a positive, compassionate, and seamless patient journey through various levels of care. Qualifications
Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing OR Associate degree in Nursing from Canada or USA with minimum 2 years course duration and successful completion of the National exam:
o USA: NCLEX ? RN o Canada: Licensing Exam
Minimum 3 years? experience post qualification
Must have a valid medical license in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai Health Authority or Department of Health)
