- Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service
- Conduct checks to ensure that enough products are on hand to serve customers, order items as needed, and generate inventory reports for superiors
- Ensure that the outlets meets all sanitation and safety regulations
- Managing restaurant staff\'s work schedules
- Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant
- Monitoring the restaurant\'s cash flow and settling outstanding bills
- Resolving guests complaints
