We are seeking an experienced partner manager to manage the relationship between our medication decision support product \'Medi-Span\' and various clinical software companies.The successful candidate will be responsible for sharing roadmaps, pipeline and identifying opportunities with our partners. They will work with our partners to address any barriers to providing an exceptional experience to our shared clients. The EMR Partner Manager, Medi-Span International should have experience working with electronic medical records and a strong understanding of healthcare. They will be motivated to continually improve our partner's experience of working with Medi-Span. The ideal candidate will also have an in-depth understanding of medication decision support and the ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to partner companies.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain relationships with electronic medical record companies.
Collaborate with partner companies to align product roadmaps, build pipeline, and identify opportunities for growth related to Medi-Span.
Actively participate in partner meetings and provide regular updates on Medi-Span development and company initiatives.
Ensure that partner companies are educated on Medi-Span and fully understand how to integrate it with their own offerings.
Serve as a liaison between partner companies and our internal Medi-Span development, sales, and support teams.
Provide initial guidance to partners on technical integration and implementation of Medi-Span.
Manage and track progress of joint initiatives with partner companies related to Medi-Span.
Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape as they relate to medication decision support and Medi-Span.
Ensure our partners have high quality implementations of our product by assessing quality, identifying improvement opportunities, and managing these to resolution.
Ensure our partners stay current with the latest innovations from our product line and ensuring they support their adoption in our client base.
Key Requirements
Bachelors Degree or equivalent relevant experience
7+ years working in Partner Management, Sales, Account Management or Program Management
Ability to travel internationally (up to 30%)
Ability to lead in a matrixed organization
Ability to influence the team to deliver on outcomes
