Position Title: Architect
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:
An established fit-out service provider and contracting firm to the F&B and hospitality industry in UAE. :
- Develop conceptual designs, space plans, and detailed architectural shop drawings that align with client requirements.
- Prepare and present detailed architectural working drawings for client approval, ensuring all design aspects are covered.
- Work closely with clients, designers, suppliers, and fabricators to address and resolve design issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide design layouts, technical solutions, and clarifications to clients, suppliers, and subcontractors during project execution.
- Review and check all submitted drawings to ensure they align with tender and IFC design drawings, coordinating with the project team to address any construction-related design queries.Requirements:
- Open to Filipino and Arabic nationalities
- Male, 40 years old and below
- Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 3-5 years of UAE experience in the similar role in interior fit out
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Valid UAE driver\'s license to visit project sites when neededSalary:
AED 9,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
