Job Description
We are working on a very exciting role with a leading national law firm who are looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their highly regarded employment team in Melbourne.
This is a fantastic role for a highly-ambitious, passionate 2 - 7 PQE Lawyer looking for their next exciting challenge.,
You will work alongside two supportive, down-to-earth Partners across a range of employment and workplace relations matters including dispute resolution in unlawful dismissal and unlawful discrimination and investigation cases, advising on employment contracts, policies & procedures and drafting executive agreements. You will also work with clients from a number of key sectors including construction, infrastructure, resources, finance, media and television sectors.
The firm are known for their fantastic training and development programmes, wonderful culture, flexible working and incredible name in the market.
The successful candidate is likely to have:
\xc2\xb7 Admission as a Lawyer in Australia, New Zealand or England & Wales
\xc2\xb7 2 - 7 post admission experience
\xc2\xb7 Experience in a leading employment practice
\xc2\xb7 A strong academic record
