### Role Summary:
• In this exciting new role you will work alongside the Head of Employer Branding & Internal Communications and support in the design, production and implementation of the overall Internal Communications and Employer Brand agenda / calendar including internal and external events with the goal of driving the internal & external value proposition of Property Finder as an employer of choice.
### Key Responsibilities:
• Generate & Create inspiring stories & content on Property Finder culture, employee testimonials, employment offer etc.
+ e.g. build video storyboards & scripts
• Oversee the logistics related to the creation of all brand & comms assets for both internal & external target audiences.
• Own smaller events projects end to end under the guidance of Head of Internal Communications & Employer Brand and in collaboration with the Talent & Culture team.
Set up and oversee digital advertising campaigns on• & other digital channels.
• Monitor, analyse, and communicate Employer Brand results on all relevant social media channels on a weekly / monthly basis
### Desired Qualifications:
• A Bachelor degree in, Communications, Marketing, PR or Media field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience either in agency or in-house communications or marketing team
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a passion for great creative and editorial writing
• Good understanding of digital marketing and media buying
• Event management skills

• Social Media content creation experience understanding of different social formats and technical specs in regards to content creation
• Experience in briefing graphic designers & creative agencies
