Job Title: Employee Relations (Female Russian Speaker)
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Employment Type: Full-Time (2 years contract)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Employee Relations Specialist who is fluent in Russian and has a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing employee relations within our Music Academy, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to the development of a supportive workplace culture.

This position requires a UAE Driving License and access to a car for on-site visits across multiple academy locations if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Relations Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations issues within the academy.
• Foster positive relationships with employees and address concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Advise managers and staff on conflict resolution, performance management, and company policies.
• Conduct investigations into employee grievances and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and consistent handling.
• Compliance and Policy Adherence:
• Ensure the Music Academy is in compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in the creation, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on employee satisfaction, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
• Training and Development:
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote employee engagement, conflict management, and cultural sensitivity within the workplace.
• Support the HR department in new employee orientations, ensuring smooth integration into the academy.
• Support and Reporting:
• Prepare reports on employee relations trends, issues, and resolutions for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain high levels of employee morale and ensure a cohesive work environment.
• Act as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring clear and open communication.
• Travel and On-Site Visits (UAE Driving License Required):
• Travel to various locations across the UAE as needed for employee meetings, investigations, and support.
• Ensure accessibility to all academy locations, leveraging a personal vehicle for transportation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Russian (spoken and written). Proficiency in English is a must. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Experience:
• Proven experience (2+ years) in employee relations or human resources, ideally in a multicultural or educational environment.
• Experience handling sensitive employee issues with discretion and confidentiality.
• Previous work experience in the UAE is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Other Requirements:
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car for travel between academy locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
