Description of role: This role will be responsible for setting and monitoring employees' performance through a communication-based process in which managers and employees collaborate to plan, track, and review employees' work objectives, job paths, and contributions to the company.
Objective of the role: Increasing the productivity and job satisfaction of each employee and helping ensure the growth of the organisation by:
- Establishing job description and expectations
- Improving employee abilities through coaching and feedback
- Establishing employee behaviour patterns that align their goals with our company's mission, values and goals
- Providing input in decisions relating to employee exit from the company
- Track employees' performance and provide information to managers that leads to objective performance ratings and feedback.
- Submits reviews by the designated deadline, completing them according to protocols such as:
a. Applying a rating scale
b. Detailing job competency
c. Record and communicate goals and milestones achieved by employees
d. Provide a development or performance improvement plan to improve performance.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Statistical aptitude and expertise in statistical analysis tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
