Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Employee Monitor to oversee and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The Employee Monitor will be responsible for observing employee activities, identifying areas of non-compliance, and promoting a culture of adherence to company standards. This role is crucial in maintaining a productive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Activities: Observe and monitor employee activities to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Reporting: Document and report any violations of company policies or unethical behavior to the HR/ or Upper Management.
• Data Analysis: Analyze monitoring data to identify trends and areas of concern, providing actionable insights to management.
• Compliance Audits: Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure adherence to internal and external regulations.
• Training: Assist in developing and delivering training programs to educate employees on company policies and compliance requirements.
• Employee Support: Provide support and guidance to employees regarding company policies and compliance-related issues.
• Incident Investigation: Participate in investigations of compliance violations, accidents, or other incidents, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Policy Development: Assist in the development and updating of company policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Technology Utilization: Utilize monitoring tools and software to track employee activities and generate reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
