We deeply value unique and diverse personalities and strongly encourage entrepreneurial spirit and novel ideas.We are looking to hire an HR Employee Engagement Senior Specialist based in one of our Middle East offices (Dubai, Doha or Riyadh) to contribute to the strategic management of Human Resources and employee engagement in the region. You will need to be already based and prior relevant experience in the Middle East.Responsibilities:
Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Evaluate the company\'s culture and climate to determine if any changes need to be made to improve employee satisfaction.
Manage all Roland Berger employee engagement portals and internal contributions.
Track and manage all engagement tools metrics.
Incorporate feedback culture
Promote Diversity and Inclusion
Help Management develop plans to improve employee engagement through one-on-one meetings with employees, focus groups, workshops, or other methods.
Provide recommendations on emerging trends and practices in the employees\' engagement and culture.
Perform related HR duties as assigned, within your scope of practice.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of HR experience preferably in Consulting or Professional Service industry
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to details
Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking capability
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information as well as possessing skills to handle situations in a professional and diplomatic manner.
Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment with high energy level
Demonstrate organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiatives.
Can work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset.
