Job Description

• Empanelment Management:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive empanelment strategy for real estate service providers.
• Conduct thorough vendor due diligence, ensuring qualification, compliance, and competitive pricing.
• Manage the vendor onboarding process, including contract negotiation and finalization.
• Maintain and update the company's empanelled list of real estate service providers.
• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the real estate sector, leveraging existing relationships with empanelled vendors.
• Generate leads and proposals for real estate valuation services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and recommend appropriate real estate valuation solutions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies for real estate valuation services.
• Real Estate Expertise:
• Utilize your knowledge of real estate valuation methods and market trends to evaluate vendor capabilities and identify potential business opportunities.
• Stay informed about current market regulations and ensure compliance within procurement practices.
• Additional Responsibilities:
• Assist with the preparation of tender documents and manage the tendering process for real estate service requirements.
• Manage procurement contracts and ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms.
• Analyze vendor performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the procurement function.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
