  • Key Job Responsibilities:
Monitor Emiratization Targets: Conduct periodic reviews of Emiratization targets across Divisions to ensure compliance with regulations. Proactively identify and escalate potential risks or non-compliance issues to the Divisional Head of People and Culture and update the Emiratization Manager accordingly.Talent Acquisition Support: Assist Divisional People and Culture teams in recruiting suitable Emirati talent by sourcing profiles from the NAFIS platform and MOHRE databases.Career Fairs and Events: Organize Emiratization-focused career fairs and events in collaboration with universities, MOHRE, and other relevant institutions to attract and engage Emirati talent.Internship and Work Experience Programs: Build strong relationships with educational institutions to develop a robust pipeline of future Emirati professionals. Partner with Divisional People and Culture teams to create internship and work experience opportunities for Emirati students.Training and Development: Work with Divisional People and Culture teams to design and implement customized training programs for Emirati employees. Focus on enhancing their skills, supporting career progression, and maximizing their contributions to the Group. Ensure training initiatives align with both individual career goals and organizational needs. Prepare and develop PDP and career paths for the Emirati employees in the Talent Pool.Performance Management: Collaborate with Divisional People and Culture teams to ensure all Emirati employees have well-documented Key Result Areas (KRAs) and stretch goals in Oracle HCM. Provide support and resources to help employees achieve their career objectives while escalating concerns to the Emiratization Manager as needed.Engagement and Retention: Organize regular focus group discussions, surveys, and engagement initiatives to understand and address challenges faced by Emirati employees. Gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions to the Emiratization Manager to enhance retention and satisfaction.Annual Planning and Monitoring: Develop and maintain an annual events calendar for Emiratization-related activities and goals. Track progress and gather data to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2 to 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Emiratization, talent management and employee relations.Knowledge of UAE labour laws and Emiratization regulations.Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships across diverse teams.Competence in drafting reports and analysing data to support decision-making.Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.About Us: One of the largest business conglomerates in the UAE, the Galadari Brothers Group is driven by ambition, values and boundless experience, engaging in new ventures and maintaining its position as a significant business market player that channels over 40 world-renowned brands and over 5,500 employees from 30 different nationalities.
