Reporting directly to the VP - Talent Acquisition with a matrix reporting line to the VP xe2x80x93 Talent Engagement and Development, this strategic role plays a critical part in achieving our nationalization goals by developing and implementing initiatives to attract, recruit, retain, and develop top UAE National talent. You will work closely with government entities, the Human Resources team, and senior leaders to ensure our Emiratization efforts align with the company's overall objectives and UAE government regulations. Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the development and implementation of the company's Emiratization strategy, aligned with government regulations and the company's business needs.
Partner with business unit leaders and the HC team to identify and create career opportunities for UAE Nationals across the organization
Develop and manage a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top UAE National talent, including participation in career fairs, university partnerships, and collaboration with government agencies
Manage the entire Space42xe2x80x99s first graduate program cohort, Accelerato
Oversee the onboarding and integration process for new UAE National hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture
Implement and manage training and development programs specifically designed for UAE National employees to support their career growth and progression within the company
Monitor and track key Emiratization metrics, including recruitment, retention, and development goals
Regularly report progress on Emiratization initiatives to senior management and government entities
Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities responsible for Emiratization programs, staying up to date on relevant regulations and policies
Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion within the company, promoting Emirati talent and achievements.
Identify and address any barriers that may hinder the recruitment, retention, or development of UAE National employees.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record of success in Emiratization programs.
Masterxe2x80x99s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Strong understanding of UAE government Emiratization regulations and policies (e.g., Tawteen program).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for Emiratization and a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
