ISP Emiratisation Lead
Role Profile
Purpose of Role
The role of the Emiratisation Lead is expected to deliver Regional Emiratisation strategy, meet Emiratisation targets aligned with the quotas set by the government and support a smooth and efficient recruitment process for Emirati's in our UAE Schools. The Emiratisation Lead is the first point of contact for all Emirati staff for the recruitment and Onboarding process. The post holder collaborates with the HR Managers and Principals in the recruitment and retention of Emirati staff in schools and reports to the Regional HR Director, ME. This role is crucial to the sustained growth of the schools, their promotion as the school of choice in their local area, and the effective delivery of the amazing learning message that is at the center of the ISP vision.

ISP Emiratisation Lead's Key Responsibilities are to deliver the ISP ME Emiratisation strategy and collaborate with our schools through:
Program and compliance
• Create and manage the Emiratisation Program for the UAE schools.
• Adhere to nationalization targets for each school and work with senior management in schools to identify, design & develop positions and departments to be filled exclusively with UAE Nationals.
• Ensure our policies are aligned with UAE national requirements
• Responsible for achieving all Emiratization recruitment targets set by the government for all the UAE schools.
• Review and report on the Tawteen report every two weeks to ensure compliance
• Carrying out reference checks as per the ISP safer recruitment process on prospective candidates
• Participate in safer recruitment audit
Candidate pipelines & process
• Harness Jobvite (Application tracking system) to ensure the recruitment process is tracked and the ISP safer recruitment process has been followed.
• Create Talent pools and pipelines using the ATS.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure effective communication and a positive candidate experience.
• Identifying potential Emirati candidates, complete the interview process, manage their recruitment and onboarding.
• Use career sites such as LinkedIn & Nafis to ensure the best candidates are found for roles.
• Plan and execute various university career fair events to promote our employer brand and attract top talent from universities across the UAE.
• Create strategic partnerships with universities to attract graduate candidates into our organization.
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.
• Receive & review applications, shortlist candidates, manage interviews, and psychometric tests.
Social Media & communication
• Represent ISP UAEN in pictures that are posted on social media.
• Create and post content aligned with our DEI & employer of choice strategy
• Ensure all job boards are updated and aligned with our safer recruitment policy
• Communicate with government agencies on pension, Emiratisaton updates, and Nafis requirements
Feedback, support and retention, and employee experience
• Gather candidate experience feedback from new hires to ensure Emirati employee well-being and high employee retention in schools. Conduct post-onboarding, mid-probation, and exit interviews
• Analyse the data collected and present it to stakeholders
• Support schools with action planning on feedback received
• Monitor new hire turnover and retention rates.
• Create retention strategies and make recommendations for changes based on feedback and data for continuous improvement
• Advises on UAE National employee relations issues.
• Weekly and monthly reporting on targets
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in Emiratisation
• HR / Recruitment Experience - Minimum 6 months
