The role will support the Group's Senior Sustainability Manager in delivering Majid Al Futtaim's sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy, engaging with internal stakeholders to create and implement impactful sustainability initiatives.ROLE PROFILE

• Support the Group Senior Sustainability Manager in implementing Majid Al Futtaims sustainability strategy through the network of sustainability leads in each Operating Company.
• Assist in delivering internal and external reports, including the Majid Al Futtaim Annual Sustainability/ESG Report.
• Collect, analyze, and present findings related to the Groups Sustainability Strategy.
• Create reports and presentations to benchmark international best practices in sustainability.
• Submit Majid Al Futtaims sustainability achievements to recognized international awards.
• Assist in creating guidelines and documents to ensure Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) engagements are properly recorded.
• Support the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG ) reporting frameworks like GRI, GRESB, and SASB, and aid in data collection and validation.
• Conduct basic Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG ) data analysis, stay updated on trends, and support stakeholder engagement activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sustainability role, with knowledge of real estate, wellness, social impact, and reporting frameworks like GRI, GRESB, and SASB.
• A degree in sustainability or real estate-related fields, and certifications such as LEED AP, WELL, or other reporting standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite for project management and reporting tasks.
• Experience in sustainability-related reporting and crafting clear written communications.
