The role will mean working with our different business units across Majid Al Futtaim, supporting them in their marketing, media, content strategy thinking and enabling them to have sharp, consumer focused plans that are designed to win.ROLE PROFILE:
Support the thinking and development of marketing stategy. Identify key business drivers, help develop consumer winning strategies & marketing plans that are designed to deliver the business goals.
Support the thinking & development of content strategy and guidelines across all channels to improve our consumer communication metrics across all our business units.
Lead/support the media agency relationship, guide the business teams on media briefing, planning, channel wise best practices and plans to deliver highest resturn on investment.
Drive insights based on customer and competitor knowledge, that would inform all marketing & engagement efforts.
Lead/support business analysis, identify opportunities across categories and businesses and covert them into growth plans to drive revenue and profit.
Plan & deliver the execution & rollout of all Groupwide Customer Marketing campaigns helping deliver on business and brand objectives.
Support the development, execution and tracking of holistic marketing strategies and campagins across channels as and when required individually or in support with business units.
Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics against KPIs and benchmarks and ensure transforming them to insights to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong passion for understanding customers with good analytical abilities to spot patterns and insights from data.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Able to simplify complex strategy into simple and effective communication.
Able to occasionally operate in ambiguity.
Able to influence stake holders across the organization and work in cross-functional, cross-business teams.
