Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and customer-centric Showroom Representative to join our Sales team based in Ras Al Khaimah Branch. You will be responsible to promote Taqeef products to the local market, coordinating showroom activities, and providing customer service to achieve monthly sales targets.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of sales experience within the retail sector, excellent negotiation, customer service, and communication skills.

Key Accountabilities:

Responsible for day-to-day showroom activities and achievement of the monthly targets. Liaise with a wide range of customers, including End-Users, homeowners, and small AC Workshops, to promote Taqeef products. Use product knowledge to assist customers with product selection. Provide customer service and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained. Respond to customer inquiries and use effective techniques to handle complaints promptly. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Work closely with Operations and Warehouse to ensure customer's orders timely delivery. Maintain a high level of showroom standards and product display. Process orders and collect payments from customers.

Required Qualification:

BSc in the relevant field. 2+ years of retail sales experience within the retail segment. Solid knowledge of AC products and competitors is an advantage. Excellent negotiation and customer service skills. Demonstrate the ability to achieve sales results. Demonstrate a positive attitude and teamwork. Solid business acumen skills. Fluent English, and Arabic is a must.
