A leading real estate developers group in Sharjah is looking for Customer Service Executive . Location: Sharjah Candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer service. Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone/email; answering or referring to inquiries. - Directs visitors by maintaining a thorough knowledge of the mall services, amenities/facilities, store locations, and promotional activities - Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. - Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct extension numbers - Be fully aware of the malls Emergency Organization and Response Procedures and maintain a clear understanding of Customer service roles and areas of responsibilities - Actively promote promotional activities to all customers - in person and on the PA system if required - Conduct all services and administrative functions of the Customer Service desk and tenant in-mall advertising (monitoring of late opening shops) - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues and direct unresolved / written complaints to Property Manager. - Keep records of wheelchair logs and make sure that it is returned Salary: AED 8,000 to 10,000 plus NAFIS Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
